It is from Amsterdam Stadsarchief. And you are correct; the word appears in many of the entries on the page next to the amount paid.

Thank you, Mary. Paleography is largely over my head, so I am speculating the word to be "roef".
roef
schuin toelopende, dakvormige houten kap of samenstel van latten, bij de begrafenis op de doodkist geplaatst, ten einde het rouwlaken mooi te doen vallen
stool angled, roof-shaped wooden hood or assembly of slats, placed at the funeral on the coffin, in order to make the mourning sheet fall nicely
