Kutna Hora births
I don't know Czech, but I found a birth record for a relative in Kutna Hora. Alzbeta Marie at the following:

The mother, Julia Kotrbelec, is correct, but the father's box is empty. I'm attaching the note about the mother, which refers to the father. There were two words in German in pencil, which said "geschiedene Gattin," which would mean divorced wife, I believe. Also, when I Google-Translated it, Josefa Dolezala came out as Josef Dolezala.
Then, I found another birth record with the same mother two years earlier:

It is the last record on the page. The mother is the same, and the father is blank. The handwriting is harder for me to read, but it looks like it might be the same as in the previous box. However, at the beginning of the record, There is a long note. It refers to something in 1911.
Is there anyone who can decipher this for me?

Yes, both children belong to the same mother. The former husband was Josef Doležal. The biological father of these children is unknown.
That long note in the second record refers to the wedding of that child, which took place on November 27, 1911, at Saint Elisabeth Church in Vienna. She married Alexander Horváth.
