Land Transfer Contract - Posen - 1797

I have a document from the estate file for Farm 25 at Nekla Hauland (Kreis Schroda, Posen at later times). It mentions George Kroepel the owner of the farm, Lorenz Semler and Johann Semler. I know, that at some stage, Johann Semler takes up ownership of this farm. I am looking to see if there is family relationship between George Kroepel (married to Maria Elisabeth …. ) and the Semlers. Hoping this is not too much of an ask! I don't need a translation of the contract. Many thanks

    This document makes no mention of a family relationship between George Kröpel, the seller, and the Semlers. It simply states that Lorenz Semler is buying the land for his son, Johann Semler.
