Row 57

Son of Mathias and Johanna born in Dziemiony. When was he born? What are the comments under his parents names? And the remarks at the end? It is a later entry giving his death date?

Just in case you can't read the file I'm pasting the important parts below:

    Hello @Eric27862,

Translation (with column headings shown in bold):

    Record number: 57.

Number of the son born: 24th legitimate son.

Day of the baptism written in numbers and letters: on the 24th (twenty-fourth) of April.

Baptismal name of the child: Anton.

Day and hour of the birth: on the 20th (twentieth) of April, in the evening at 10 o'clock.

Name, status, and religion of the father: Mathias Ramowski, resident, Catholic.

Name, status, and religion of the mother: Johanna, née Goslicka?, wife, Catholic.

    Residence of the father: Dziemiony.

Name, status, and residnece of the godparents: Ignatz Dyk__ski?, Elisabett Goslicka?, [both from] Dziemiony.

Name of the officiating cleric: WZ?.

Remarks: I believe this is recording the later marriage of Anton Ramowski. I can only decipher bits of this: the bride's name appears to be Francisca? Szajkowska? and the marriage took place on 30 May 1845. The remainder of the note is telling you in which parish register the marriage record is recorded and it appears to be record 89 in the marriage regster for the year 1845.

P.S. What is the year of this birth record? I was assuming it was from the early 19th century, but if it is from after 1845 then @sylviaelchinger1's comments would apply to a civil registration record in 1945.

Here's the translation by column -

[Running] number of the born and baptized - 57

[Running] number of sons -24 [in the legitimate column]

[Running] number of daughters - [blank]

Date of baptism in numbers and letters - the 24th (twenty-fourth) of April

Baptismal name of the child - Anton

Day and hour of the birth - the 20th (twentieth) of April, in the evening at 10 o'clock

Name, occupation, and religion of the father - Mathias Ramowski, resident, Cath[olic]

Name, occupation, and religion of the mother - Johanna nee [Goslicka?], wife, Cath[olic]

Residence of the father - Dziemiony

Name, occupation, and residence of the godparents - Ignatz [Dykwski?], Elisabeth Goslicki } [Dziemiony?]

Name of the pastor who performed the baptism - [can't read]

    Comments - 57: [can't read] married [Francisca Szajkouska?] see 30 May 45 in [can't read] 89/45.

Note - the 89/45 in the comments might refer to a civil marriage record #89 in the year 1945, but I can't read the name of the town before the numbers. Maybe someone else can decipher it. Depending on the privacy laws in Poland, you may or may not be able to access such a "recent" record.

I see that @Robert Seal_1 has interpreted the birth to be in the 1800s rather than the 1900s. If that is the case, then disregard my comment about civil registration, because it didn't exist yet in 1845.

Sorry I didn't mention the year of the document. It is 1861. The mother's maiden name was Goślicka.

I am very grateful to both of you!

The comment at the end is still very strange for me. Going to need some time to puzzle out what it might mean. It doesn't make any sense in the context of this document or my family tree.

My current theory is that Anton had a son named Anton too and the clerk got them confused. He was born in the 1895. His first wife may have perish during the war and he remarried at age 50 in 1945.
