Before the undersigned civil registrar appeared today the worker Franz Nadrowski, personally known, residing at Culmsee, Bahnhofstrasse 13, and indicated that the worker Mathias Rama, 66 years and 3 months old, Catholic religion, residing at Culmsee, Ringstrasse no. 35, born at unknown, son of the deceased married couple Rama, no further details can be provided, died at Culmsee in the stated residence on the 26th of April of the year 1894 after midday at 11:00 pm. The informant stated that he was present at the time of the death.

Read aloud, approved, and signed: Nadrowski [copied signature].

The Civil Registrar: Hartwich [copied signature].

Certified to be in agreement with the Main Register.

My comment: Because this is a certified copy of the original record in the Main Register at Culmsee, the first two signatures are copied and the last signature of the registrar is original.
