Please translate 1793 Marriage Record

The record is from the Frauenbreitungen Church book which includes Altenbreitungen and Köfe. I know it is difficult to read but if you can give me any help with it it would be appreciated. The Groom's last name is Döhrer and the Bride's last name I think is Schmidt.

    wurde der Wittwer Johann Valtin Döhrer, Mitnachbar u. Ackermann zu Altenbreitungen (d. mit Eva Catharina ____? als aegte(?) Ehegattin __ J. gelebt, die s. 30. XI 92 begraben ___)
    mit Jungfer Maria Magdalena Schmidtin, des ehrengeachteten Johann Sebastian(?) Schmidts, Mitbesitzers u. Ackermanns zu Meimers durch bevollmächtigten(?) der jenseitigen Hofe?, ehel. __ Tochter, nach 3. mal. Aufgebote in der Stille copuliret.

    Translation:

    On June 24, [in] Meimers
    the widower Johann Valtin Döhrer, resident and farmer in Altenbreitungen (who lived with Eva Catharina ____? as his wife __ years(?), who was buried on November 30, [17]92)
    was married in private to maiden Maria Magdalena Schmidt, legitimate __ daughter of the honorable Johann Sebastian(?) Schmidt, co-owner and farmer in Meimers, by proxy(?) of the other farm?, after three banns had been read.
