Here's what I can see.
The first one: 4rth August I baptized the son of Erasmi Bisman, Vit. Baptismal sponsor Vit Hess.
(Erasmi is the latin form of the name, I'm not sure what the German form is)
The second is more difficult. What I can see:
12th of the same month, ???? the schoolmaster here Christopher Hoderman (was born) a son Vit and a daughter Sophia. Of whom the daughter, who had just received her baptism, died. The son, however, was blessed the following Sunday in church.
The children from FrauenBr. and the ?? proper ?? were baptized 1613.
True (Observant/protective - I'm not sure the best translation for Wahren here) baptismal sponsors Vit Bissman and Sophia, the wife of Mr ??? Walters.
This Vit Bissman cannot be the same Vit Bisman who was baptized the pevious year.

Thank you for the clarification. Vit must have been a popular name for the time. This is so helpful. Thank you again. Paula Rail

Hiya @JohnsonGreg - the first document is the baptism entry for Vit(us)=Veit Bissmann, son of Erasmus Bissmann. The second and third document (I assume, these are consecutive pages?), indicate the teacher´s twins´ christenings - and on the next page, it says that the godparents were (WAHREN is the old version of "waren"=were) Vitus Bissmann and…. The godfather in the second document is maybe the uncle of Veit (Vitus) whose christening was documented in the first record
