Birth Record No. 5, Piotrków Kujawski Parish, of Ludwika Stramecka, born in Zagorzyce on 10th January 1845, christened on 19th January 1845, daughter of Mateusz Stramecki, a farmer, 40 years old, resident of Zagorzyce, and of his wife, Antonina, born Jedrzejeska, 40 years old. Witnesses: Kazimierz Rajski, a laborer, 30 years old, and Karol Rukoski, a tenant farmer, 31 years old, both residents of Zagorzyce. Godparents: the above-mentioned Kazimierz Rajski and Jozefa Rakoska. This record was read and signed.
