Welcome to the newest member of the Midwest group. This is a community of people and ideas. Please ask questions of the Community to help you in your research, and answer those questions you have knowledge about. If we can help in any way, we will be glad to respond to your conversation and hopefully get you going in the right direction. Although some members of the group will just give you the answer to your question, providing you with their research, the idea is for the Community to teach each other how they obtained their answers so we can all learn at the same time.
