Birth Record No. 91, Radziejów Parish, of Wincenty Stramowski, born in Pruchnowo on 31st August 1883, christened on 2nd September 1883, son of Kacper Stramowski, 34 years old, a servant living in Pruchowo, and of his wife, Marcianna, born Chościńska, 29 years old. Witnesses: Wincenty Stramowski, 26 years old, and Kazimierz Ciemnawy, 42 years old, servants living in Pruchnowo. Godparents: the above-mentioned Wincenty Stramowski and Marianna Rydlewska.

Note on margin in Russian: Wincenty Stramowski entered into a marriage union with Marianna Urbanska Bytoń Parish on 12th February 1911.
