Bauersmann allhier ehelicher Sohn, und Barbara, Johann Balthasar Käsers, Bürgers und Weingärtners zu Dötzbach, ehel. Tochter.

Translation:

On April 13, were married here in the presence of the usual witnesses, with the permission of His Excellency Mr. vor dem Bott, and before the mother gave birth, after they have been proclaimed once and the further proclamations were prohibited due to the early childbirth: Jacob Hold, legitimate son of Martin Hold, citizen and farmer here, and Barbara, legitimate daughter of Johann Balthasar Käser, citizen and winegrower in Dötzbach.

Barbara Käser 96YX-ZV6 Her husband is Johannes Jacob Hold KH2D-9VV and their child born right before the wedding is Johann Georg Hold K649-55L,

father of Johannes Jacob Hold is Martin Hold. father of Barbara Käser is Johann Baltasar Käser of Dötzbach

The tree appears to be correct as far as the people named in the marriage record are concerned. However, according to the record, Johann Georg should have been born shortly after the marriage. Additionally, the mother Barbara's birth year (1822) seems to be incorrect;; she would have been only 13 years old at the marriage/birth of Johann Georg.
