    Translated from Latin:

Death Record No. 165, Przemyśl Parish, Church of NMP i św. Jana Chrzciciela, of Josephus (Józef in Polish) Gonciarz or Gąciarz, House No. 33, Zasanie, Buszkowicka Street, he died on 3rd October 1914, buried on 4th October 1914, a widower, senile, lived 70 years.

Gonciarz or Gąciarz, the same pronunciation, since in Latin there is no Polish letter “ą” equivalent is “on”.

Przemyśl Parish, of NMP (the Most Holy Virgin Mary) and of św. (Saint) Jana (John) Chrzciciela (the Baptist).
