I need help translating two immigration records. The first is from 1851 and consists of 3 images. The second is from 1853 and consists of 4 images. The first is for Johann Michael Kinzler and his two sons Christian and Johannes. The second is for Johann Michael's two daughters Christine Elisabetha and Friederika. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

    Some of the handwriting is very difficult to read. Here is the translation of the main part of the first page:

    District Office Ludwigsburg
    Alldingen
    Michael Kinzler, citizen and farmer in Wittigen(?), has stated that he wishes to emigrate to North America with his two sons
    a) Christian Kinzler, 16 years old, born February 6, 1835,
    b) Johannes [Kinzler], 15 years old, born February 6, 1836,
    and to this end to obtain permission from the local authorities, and has requested a municipal certificate for this purpose.
    The municipal council hereby certifies in accordance with its duties
    1) that the petitioners are citizens here,
    2) have a good reputation,
    3) possess assets of approximately - 700. - Seven hundred guilders
    4) that there is no obstacle to their plan on this side.
    In witness whereof, May 30, 1857
    Schultheis Municipal Council
    <signatures>

    The note in the bottom left-hand corner indicates which documents need to be added to the application.

    Here is the translation of page two and three:

    Section 3 of the municipal ordinance of May 15, 1817, is solely decisive.
    Since the father is emigrating and taking the children with him, only his consent is legally required.
    There is therefore no obstacle to the guardian transferring the children's assets to him for the purpose of emigration.
    Ludwigsburg, June 5, 1857
    District Court
    <signature>

    District Office Ludwigsburg
    June 5, 1857
    Since there is no obstacle to the emigration plans of Michael Kinzler with his two sons Christian and Johannes from Alldingen, it was decided:
    1. To grant them the requested release as Württemberg state subjects for the purpose of their emigration to North America.
    2. To return the deed of renunciation to the local registry in Alldingen.
    3. To issue a certificate of release.
    4. To make this emigration case public.

    I think the line on the first page might be

    …Michael Kinzler, citizen and farmer and widower…

    There's no other mention of a wife in either document.
