    Birth Record No. 44, Tłokinia Parish, Kalisz, of Maryanna Kura, born in Tłokinia on 28th June 1844, at noon, christened on 4th July 1844, at 5 pm, daughter of Bartłomiej Kura, 33 years old, a farmer from Tłokinia, and of his wife, Antonina, born Tatuś, 25 years old. Witnesses: Antoni Kura, a farmer from Kolonia Mała, 46 year old, and Marcin Wojciech (?), a farmer from Tłokinia. Godparents: the above-mentioned Antoni Kura, brother of the father of the infant, and Maryanna Tatalińska. The father of the infant and the witnesses are of Catholic religion.
