It is the second item on the left page. The wife is Anna Margaretha Kleymann but I cannot figure out the husband's last name. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It might be Berstedde. I found a record for a different person with what appears to be the same last name (Anton Berstedde) under baptisms on 27 Feb 1761:

    https://data.matricula-online.eu/en/deutschland/muenster/vellern-st-pankratius/KB004_1/?pg=6

In Anton's marriage record on 10 Jul 1746 the scribe arcs the second d in the opposite direction in a similar manner as it is written for Johann Heinrich Berstedde.

    https://data.matricula-online.eu/en/deutschland/muenster/vellern-st-pankratius/KB003_2/?pg=14

To add a twist: I looked for other Berstedde records but couldn't really find any but I did find some that I read as Beckstedde including this 16 Jun 1734 baptism of a Joan Heinrich Beckstedde:

    https://data.matricula-online.eu/en/deutschland/muenster/vellern-st-pankratius/KB003_1/?pg=22

So could Berstedde also perhaps be Beckstedde? Maybe? If so, this might be his baptism record.

In such cases I recommend looking at the name distribution map of the Society for Computer Genealogy:

    https://nvk.genealogy.net/map/1890:beckstedde

This clearly shows a concentration of the name Beckstedde in the Vellern area.
Berstedde does not produce any results.

@Ulrich Neitzel , Thank you! Could it be that what I saw as an "r" might actually be an "x"? So the scribe might have spelled Beckstedde as Bexstedde?

@JohnsonGreg Yes, I think you are right. In the first record it seems to be Bexstedde.
