    Translated from Russian:

    Death record No. 2, Byczyna Parish, of Jozef Stramowski, who died in Tarnówka on 5th January 1889, death reported on 6th January 1889, a child, 8 years old, born in village Pruchnowo and living in village Tarnówka, son of Kacper and Marianna, born Chlościńska, married couple Stramowski, working as servants. Death reported by Ignacy Dembowski, a servant, 30 years old, and Szymon Szczepanski, 50 years old, both peasants living in Tarnówka.
