    Translated from Polish:

    Birth Record No. 142, Sierpc Parish, of Elzbieta Katarzyna Rutkowska, born in Sierpc on 19th Nowember 1835, christened on 20th November 1835, daughter of Jan Rutkowski, a shoemaker from Sierpc, 28 years old, and of his wife, Teofila, born Szmagier, 26 years old. Witnesses: Dawid Rogozinski, a tailor from Sierpc, 40 years old, and August Pinlarewicz, a butcher from Sierpc, 46 years old. Godparents: Dawid Rogozinski and Agnieszka Pinlarewicz.

    Please note that it is a female child, Elzbieta Katarzyna, and the father is Jan Rutkowski.
