Could you translate this death & burial record please, for me? I am wondering what the words are after the date of 1604. Thank you very much!

(The death of Velten Holler's wife Margaretha in Uiffingen).

Thank you!

I am sorry, I am putting in the link, but it is not transferring over when I post the discussion.

I have to figure out how to fix it!

    Sorry for the inconvenience!

    Hello @Judy K. Anderson,

Using the film number and image number you provided I was able to find the record. Thank you for providing that information.

    Translation:

Velten Holder's wife Margareta died and was buried on Wednesday, the 3rd of October in the
    year 1604 . . .

My comments: I read Velten's surname in this record as: Holder.

I am unable to decipher the words after the year 1604. Hopefully another community volunteer will be able to figure out these words for you.

I can't read it but here is the link:

Seems like the first word after 1604 might be "vor" but I have no idea what the rest could be.

@JohnsonGreg is right, the next word is "vor." The phrase used is "vor unser Kirweÿ", which means "before our church dedication." You can see the same phrase used on image 880, second entry on the right-hand page.
