Thank-you @Eppich Maria . This is interesting. Emilia Streich’s brother, my great-grandfather Andreas, also farmed in Trojaczek for a short while. Andreas seemed to have moved around a lot and eventually settled near Czarnybród Lake, very close by. He then mostly fished. Thanks to you, I was able to find this out, and visit these places in May.
