Hello Maria,
If Katarzyna was not baptized and the priest was acting as an Officer of Gójsk Civil Records Office, the family might not have been Roman Catholic. However, her sister Krystina was baptized in the same church. Interested!! Many thanks!!!

I reviewed with a Slavic Specialist Birth records on 2 pages, and there are only Witnesses listed in those Civil Records. They were regarded as Civil Records and there is no mention of christening or baptism in those records. Sorry.

I consulted a friend in Poland who is a genealogist and received the following answer:
I confirm receipt. I've "roughly" read the text of the entry, which is difficult to read because the priest combined words oddly. It seems there's nothing about baptism in the entry.
However, there's a clue that allows for a certain guess. Namely, the surnames of both parents may be of German origin (father "Proch/Prock"?, mother "z Marx"). Perhaps they were Protestants and didn't care about their daughter being baptized in the Roman Catholic Church (as happened, for example, in Galicia among Josephine colonists). If this assumption is accurate, then the child was most likely baptized in the local Protestant church.
According to Wikipedia, in the village of Blizne (today Szczutowo commune, Sierpc district, Masovian Voivodeship) in 1921, approximately 1/5 of the inhabitants were Protestants.
