My guess, based on the note being on August 29th, that Maria Rosalia was born on the 28th. The number centered above her birth entry.
I believe her mother was Maria. I am not able to translate the last name.
There seem to be godparents. The first of whom is Maria, possibly with the last name Petri. But that Petri might also be Maria's husband.

Thank you so very much. Ignaz was the husband of my 5th great grandmother. This was so helpful. I now know that 2 other records in the same church book are her sisters.
