Problems with audio in albums and with sharing memories with audio attached.

I've been playing around with this a bit. On my Safari browser, I can add the audio to a memory, and then save that memory plus audio in my Album. I can make that work.

However, I do see that when I share that album, the audio is not included. I will share this BUG with the team.

Could you possibly test the audio/album issue once more? Please let me know your results and any other additional notes. Thanks so much for the help!

I keep checking to see if the audio for the pictures in the albums will show up. Currently, the audio does not appear. I use Safari as well. I tried recording, saving, and adding to my personal album. Still does not work. The audio plays on the person's detail page when you open the individual's memories and select a picture with headphones. You can play the audio one picture at a time. When the slide show was working, this was a great feature. You could narrate the person's life story using pictures and audio, click play, and see the image and hear the audio. This was an excellent storytelling tool to share with the family. I will keep checking. All this disappeared with the changes made to albums. Thanks for your help.

I believe the audio bugs have been fixed. At least, in my testing they now appear fixed.

Could you possibly test the audio problems you mentioned above one more time. Thanks!

I have reviewed my albums and sent links to test the pictures with recorded audio. The audio still does not play. I have attached a link to an album that my wife recorded about her grandmother's life story, for you to check out. The family search ID for this person is KWCZ-4G Emma Hollenweger, allowing you to view the pictures with audio. Thanks for your help.

Thank you for sending that link and the PID….I can see from the PID page, that yes, those Memories do have audio. I can play them, and I can share them, and there isn't any problem.

But I also see what you mean….that the audios are not shown in the album link.

I will send this back to the Memories Team and see if we can find out what is happening.
