No indexed sources for marriages

Für Maria Spurck und Bernhard Müller gibt es eine gute Quelle: Das Zivilstandsregister, das bei Familysearch zu finden ist. Ich freue mich sehr, gelernt zu haben, die Quelle auch als Ehe zu markieren.

Die Frau hat eine hohe Quellenbewertung. Doch sobald ich diese Quelle als Ehe verlinke, wird die Quellenbewertung zurückgestuft, weil es keine indexierte Quelle für die Eheschließung gibt. Bedeutet das, dass ich die Quelle besser NCHT als Quelle für die Eheschließung markiere? Warum wird diese Quelle denn nicht indexiert?

There is a good source for Maria Spurck and Bernhard Müller: the civil registry, which can be found at Familysearch. I am very pleased to have learned how to mark the source as a marriage.
The woman has a high source rating. However, as soon as I link this source as a marriage, the source rating is downgraded because there is no indexed source for the marriage. Does this mean that it is better NOT to mark the source as a source for the marriage? Why is this source not indexed?

We can only give partial credit for non-indexed sources, as we can't tell if they support the data they are tagged to support. We encourage you to still tag the source as a marriage, even if the score goes down.

As for why it's not indexed, it is a slow process to get all of our records indexed.
