    Marriage Record No. 19, Warka Parish, dated 8th May 1847, of Jan Nepomucen Sipowicz, a young man, citizen, living in Warszawa, born in Brzeziny, son of Jan and Katarzyna, born Bendlewska, married couple Sipowicz, father deceased and mother living as a citizen in Warszawa, he is 21 years old, and of a maiden, Jozefa Eleonora Brzeska, daughter of Wojciech and Marianna, born Nogal, married couple Brzeski, father deceased, and mother stays in village Sułkowice with her family, she is 18 years old, she was born in village Więcławice, and in village Winiary she is being cared for by JJWW Jordan, Landowners of this land. This marriage was preceded by three Marriage Banns published on 18th, 25th April and 2nd May of the current year in Warka Parish and in Warszawa Parish of St. Virgin Mary. The oral permissions of mother of the bride and of the main guardian JW Hermolaus Jordan, and of mother of the groom were stated. No impediment detected. No prenuptial agreement. Witnesses: Nobleman Wincenty Radziminski, landowner of Rytomoczydła land, there living, 59 years old, and Nobleman Adam Kiecinski, landowner of Lechaniec land, there living, 41 years old. Signatures of Jan Nepomucen Sipowicz, Jozefa Eleonora Brzeska, Wincenty Radziminski, Adam Kicienski and Herniolaus Jordan.

    Birth Record No. 154, Brzeziny Parish, Łódź, of Jan Nepomucen Sipowicz, born in Brzeziny on 25th May 1826, christened on 21st June 1826, son of Jan Sipowicz, a doctor from Brzeziny, (no age given), and of his wife, Katarzyna Będkowska (or Bendkowska), 38 years old. Witnesses: Pawel Pacek, 32 years old, a cloth maker, and Bartlomiej Gniotke, 41 years old, a shoemaker from Brzeziny. The godparents were J.W. Daniel Ostrowski, Bishop Seragon Lawnicki and JW. Izabella Oginska, born Lasocka. Signature of Jan Sipowicz.

    Please note that Będkowska (or Bendkowska) are equivalent, the same pronunciation. In Russian, German, or Spanish, since they do not have letter “ę” equivalent is “en”.
