Jozef Wouters, schepen appointed as officer of the civil registry of the municipality of Temse, Augustin Weijn, 'Blokmaker' (profession of someone who made wooden blocks, mostly for a printing press), aged 42, brother of the deceased and Frans de Bock, secretary of the almshouse (or hospital), aged 46 acquaintance of the deceased, both living in Temse, who declared to us that today at twelve Karel Lodewijkl Weijn, Blokmaker 30 years old, born and living in Temse, husband of Rosalia xxxx(?) son of Jozef Weijn and Barthadina (?) de Bruijne, both deceased, died in the Almshouse, nr 1 in this municipality, of which an official record was immediately drawn up at this town hall and, after being read aloud, was signed.
