Looking for birth of Karen Margrethe Nielsen. This looks like it. Can you give/confirm name of parent(s), date (June 1 or 11?, 1762?) and place (Valsted)? Thanks.

This is my best guess for translation (I added the commas for clarity):
On 1 June, Niels Simonsen from Valsted, a child born again on 1st Trinitatis, Karen Margrethe.
witnesses: Ane _____ Ozmuds - Henrich Sk____l - Christoffer _ne _____I'm unclear what the X at the beginning means. I don't think XI means 11 in this case, because the priest doesn't use that pattern on any of the pages before or after. There's a small chance it could mean the child died, but I think the ink would look different in that case from the rest of the entry.
Niels' last name could be something else like Sørensen, but I think that Simonsen makes the most sense. The witnesses' surnames were difficult for me to see clearly enough to make out.
