Transfer data
I would like to be able to transfer things that I like or agree with from the worldwide family tree, to this one, in the future by using a checkbox that shows thet I want this fact or piece of data from this person, in my CET tree. I know that's probably long into the future.

Would it be a good idea, though, to merge a CET person with a worldwide tree person.

@MrsLCJ , You can't merge a CET person with a Family Tree person. What they have said they are working on is a Tree2Tree tool to allow information to be transferred back and forth between the two profiles to allow a type of synchronization between the two.
In an ideal world there would never be any differences between a few hundred CET trees profiles and their single Family Tree profile since you would hope that good, thorough research would lead to the same conclusions. I do hope that having the synchronization tool doesn't just make editing wars in Family Tree worse by making them easier.
