Translation request, please

Hi, can someone help translate this birth record for me, please?

It could be my 4th great uncle, brother to my 4th great grandmother, if it’s her brother then he would have been born within a year of my 4th great grandmother (still haven’t found her birth record yet).

Located in January 1777 (3rd line from the top). I’m able to make out his name, Domenico Zaniboni (but there’s a line above the “e” on his first name so I don’t know what that means).

I have his father's name as Andrea Zaniboni but I can’t make out the mother’s last name, could it be: Teresa Sauri?

Also, is the church name, St. Simone?

    Domenico figlio di Andrea Zaniboni e di Teresa Sauri, nato li 12 e bat[t]ezzato li 15 detto Gennaio. Padrini Signori Massimo Volta e Marianna Roveri

    Domenico son of Andrea Zaniboni and of Teresa Sauri, born the 12th and baptized the 15th of said January. Godparents Mr. Massimo Volta and Mrs. Marianna Roveri

    Yes, it does appear this is from San Simone parish (now Santi Simone e Giuda)
