Anyone visiting the archive in Alsózsolca

Hello Researchers in Hungary,

I am a genealogist trying to find the birth record of Mészáros Ferenc who was born on 8 December 1919 in Tiszaszederkény, Borsod, Hungary. The civil registration records for Tiszaszederkény are not available after 1908 on FamilySearch. The record is not available through the Hungarian Society for Family History Research (MACSE).

I contacted the archive at Alsózsolca. They replied and said I can only obtain the requested documents in person at the branch archive in Alsózsolca. They do not release data from civil registers either by e-mail or orally, in accordance with the points set out in the ADtv. and their regulations. Is there anyone who can visit the archive in Alsózsolca that could request a transcribed copy on paper? If yes, will it require a fee?
