I need help translating a Norwegian church record
We suspect the child may have been illegitimate. I would appreciate any help.

Your image is really hard to read. Could you please post the link to the record itself. I'll try to find it on the Digitalarkivet website where resolution is better and there is often a good transcription of records. But the image doesn't have too many clues.

Didn't take as long as I feared. Here is the FamilySearch indexed record: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:6839-1L6J?lang=en
Here are the Norwegian archive's links.

Here's what I can make out:
Born: 22 Jan
Christened: 18 Apr
Name: Helene
Legitimate vs Illegitimate: I'm note sure what the notation in the Ministerialbok says, but the Klokkerbok just says uægte - illegitimate.
Parents: Married wife Magrete Thoresdatter Holmen and bachelor Christian Hansen
Parent's residence: mother - Holmen, father - Degråm
The Klokkerbok lists the parents as: Married wife Margrete Thorersdatter Vika and (then some notation that I think is probably along the lines of "the reported father") Christian Hansen Vetle Dogrum.
Residences are not specifically listed in the Klokkerbok.
The 1950 property tax list spells Christian's farm as Degrum. There is no Holmen farm listed in Enebakk in 1950 but there is a Degrumholmen. The 1865 census does list the subsection Holmen under the main farm of Degrum so that is probably where Margrete was living when Helene was born and the name had just changed by 1950. In the 1865 census Margrete and Helene are living at the Store Bøler farm ( https://www.digitalarkivet.no/census/person/pf01038018001154 )
Vika may be where Margrete was originally from. The 1865 census says she was born in Enebakk and there is a Vik farm in Enebakk.
