Hi Stacy - @Stacy Huston
I apologize in advance if this reply seems pedantic in any way - it is not my intention to seem in any way insulting as to the knowledge you may already have with respect to the document you're asking about. But, since you asked for a translation, I'll assume you may not be familiar with reading and writing Italian, and the related documents your researching.
The document in your link are the Marriage Banns for the proposed marriage between Salvatore Santillo and Violante Vetere.
Your link is actually the transcription of the original Pubblicazioni Di Matrimonio - this is the copy as they were posted in the home town of the groom. That is why it appears in Parte II in long hand. His birth town is Melissa, Crotone, Calabria, Italy. Today part of Catanzaro.
The actual original Pubblicazioni (much clearer) appears in the home town of the bride. Her home town is Casabona, Crotone, Calabria, Italy. Today, part of Catanzaro. It can be found here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QSQ-G9CR-9D6N
And, remember Marriage Banns are just an anouncement (occurring 3 times) prior to a wedding in case someone wants to come forward and make an objection to the proposed marriage.
Working from the original - Casabona - copy, it reads:
#28 Pubblicazioni di Matrimonio
Salvatore Santillo
Violante Vetere
3-Dec-1889
CasabonaSalvatore Santillo, age 40, landowner, domiciled in Melissa, son of Emmanuele, landowner, residing in Melissa during life, and son of Vittoria Parisi, landowner, living in Melissa during life
AND
Violante Vetere, age 33, residing in Casabona, daughter of Angelo, notary, residing in Casabona during life, and daughter of Giuseppina Vaccaro, resident of CasabonaThe document goes on to confirm that the groom and bride declared where they were born and where they are living, and that they submitted their birth documents from their respective towns. Two witnesses confirmed.
The actual marriage took place on 19-Oct-1890 in Casabona, #21, and is located here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QSQ-G9CR-9CDS
I hope this helps you in your research.
