Hi Kirsty, your message is a bit cryptic, and I am still new, so, would you mind telling me what exactly you are looking for, and where you have already looked? I did a quick search in FamilySearch for the tree of William Lowe and did not find a tree. I could be looking in the wrong place. Have you checked the FamilySearch catalog under United States, Minnesota, Ramsey?
I don't want to waste time doing duplicate work.

It appears there are death records from 1866-1916, and indexes from 1866-1930 for St. Paul.

But for Ramsey County, there are death records from 1870 -1914.

Ancestry appears to have a Will and Probate Record for William H. Lowe, in Ramsey, Minnesota, USA, but without any other information, I don't know if this is your William Lowe.

All Family History Centers are currently closed. I did check the Minnesota, County Deaths, 1850-2001. There were only 16 results. How old were these individuals when they died? Lowe is a common surname. At this point, I don't know if it German in origin, or English. If you could provide a little more information, that would be helpful.

Both the deaths are on FS on the "Minnesota Birth Death Records 1866-1916 and her death is also on the Minnesota Deaths and Burials 1835-1990 on FS, details as listed my question. She was born 1864 which matches the one I'm looking for he was born 1856 but 1853 is close and they are on the 1900 census but not on 1910 their 2 children John and Elsie with another couple/family. How do I find any other info (eg parents/birth place) attached to the entries on FS to confirm they are the death's of the couple I'm looking for. Would the Death Cards/Certificate tell me and how do I get them with the info I have on the entries on FS

@kirstyLee kirstyLee based on the information you shared, I could not locate them in FS. I think we need to clarify, FS, meaning, record collections OR the FamilySearch tree. I looked in the tree, and did not find them. Lowe is a common last name. When I did the basic search in Ancestry, it pulled up too numerous results to check each one. When I did the search in FamilySearch' Minnesota collection, I ran into the same issue. You must be doing something differently. I search different things, and probably need to clear my history. Would you mind posting their ID numbers?
Would you mind posting the link to their records as well? I would like to see them.
If I am understanding you correctly (I am sorry if appear daft, these folks are in your tree, and I want to be on the same page) William Lowe was married to Jane Lowe, they had two children (possibly) according to the 1900 census records, Williams birth year is off by three years, and by 1910 their two children John and Elsie are listed with another family?
Does the 1910 census say what the relationship to the head of the house is? How old are the children?
If the couple died between the censuses of 1900 and 1910, they would have been in their late thirties to mid forties. I have not seen these death cards, but death records are only as good as the informant knows the information. The cards might indicated the cause of death. It seems they died young, I am wondering if this was a tragic death, if it might be in the newspaper? If yes, maybe the parents are listed there. If you have the names of the children, have you had the chance to look for a marriage record? I am asking, because it may indicated the parents names, and we can guestimate the marriage date, which would be closer to the birth of the children. But, that's tricky, we can guess that she would have married in her twenties. Let's say around 1884. But, that would put him in his thirties. Could she have been a second marriage?
You could always request one birth card, let say the husbands, William and see what it data it supplies. I am curious, did these two really die the same year? If yes, does that strike you as odd? Is there something going around at that time to cause the death of two seemingly young people? Have you checked PERSI?
Just some thoughts, thank you for your patience. I normally do German research which is entirely different. US research has many different kinds of records available, and you are teaching me. My eyes are new to your research puzzle. Without seeing the tree, and seeing what is attached, its difficult to assist.
The key thing that comes to mind, is this, not all records are reliable, and we, as genealogists use records that were never intended for genealogy to confirm and disprove familial relationships. So, we have to figure out what record collections are available. If you have seen the death record collection on FS, are you only seeing the indexed version of it? Please advise.
As for now, I do have a resource for you to look at. Please check this.

I noticed a couple of things, which might be useful:
Minnesota Newspapers and the Obituary Research Request link, (Please check PERSI first, it's free if you have a FindMyPast account), and there was another record collection, Corpse Permits from 1898 through 1912.
And then there is this, Department of Health County Vital Record Office Contact Information. Look up by county.

Thank's I have ordered her Death Card from the Minnesota ironrangeresearch centre it's a link that came up on ancestry under Minnesota Obituary Index Jane Lowe 2 Sept 1903 St Paul Ramsey. When I say FS I mean "search record" Location United States + Minnesota Name Jane Lowe Death 1903 to 1903 the first record on the Minnesota Birth and Death Records is her and the first record on Minnesota Deaths Burials are her that come up. William's is 9M2V-42C shes his wife Jane/Jeanie Lowe (Maiden Name and married name Lowe). I know when they married etc and his parent's (Elsie the daughter was living with a great uncle 1910) but I need info from the death record's before I can add the death's which I think the 2 in 1903 may be the correct one's.

Kirsty, that's wonderful. I did a search as well, but didn't turn up what you had found. Thank you for the clarification on what you mean by doing a basic search in FamilySearch. Did the marriage record indicate any parents names?
The Great Uncle, is he paternal or maternal?
Hopefully, the death card will turn something up. Thank you for sharing the ID link. I think you have some good information to go on. When you get the card, do you mind posting a picture of it and telling me what you found? I am very curious. You can tag it as Minnesota Death Card and the name, and place if you want.

No parents on the marriage. Great Uncle was William's mother's, sister's child who also immigrated to Minnesota so I think that make's him a Great Uncle of William's daughter Elsie they put uncle on the census. will let you know what death card says
