Under the year 1718, (about the 5th entry down) where it says 4 January; I believe this is the death record for Kierstin Andersdotter, daughter of Anders Andersson of Ånkersta, Stora Mellosa, Örebro, Sweden. I would like to know what else it says and find out if I interpreted this information correctly! Thank you for any help!

You are correct that this is the death record for Kierstin Andersdotter. Here is the transcription and translation of your record-

    Transcription: d[en] 4 Jan[uary] blef Anders Anderssons dotter Kierstin död i Ånkersta och begrafe_ d[en] 12 Eju[s]d[em].

Translation: the 4th of January Anders Andersson's daughter died in Ånkersta and was buried the 12th of the same (month)
