    Translated from Polish:

Marriage Record No. 16, Sompolno, Evangelical-Augsburg Parish, dated 4th February 1849, of Michael (Wilhelm not Michael indexed in Poznan Project) Drews, a bachelor, farmer in Kozki, 19 and half years old, born in Kozki, son of Jan and Karolina, born Liefke, married couple Drews, there living, and of a maiden, Anna Rozalia Sidon, 18 and a half years old, daughter of deceased Jan (Johann) and Anna Katarzyna (Krystyna, not Katarzyna, indexed in Poznan Project), born Jahnke, married couple Sidon, the mother now living in Bytoń on a farm, she was born there and lives with her mother. Three Marriage Banns published in this Parish. The oral permissions of present parents were granted. No impediment detected. A prenuptial agreement was recorded with Notary on 3rd February 1849. Witnesses: Andreas Liefke, a farmer from Potołówek, 32 years old, and Gotfried Drews, a farmer from Lubsin, 26 years old.

It is possible that Poznan Project indexed marriage record was based on a Duplicate or Original Marriage Record for this couple, due to clearly written here that the groom was Michal Drews, and not Wilhelm, and the bride is written here as Katarzyna and Krystyna in Poznan Project. The birth records of their children may provide more accurate spelling of those names.

Thanks @Eppich Maria . I thought it may have been Michael. The handwriting is definitely a challenge sometimes, so totally understandable!
