Can anyone give me an idea as to why my husband's Family Search Home Page does not show the Family Search Labs option. We use the same computer and both are member accounts. I was able to find the AI experiment and open it for him, but the Labs option is not showing. Is there something special we have to do to connect his account?

"Actually, I see everything when we take him out of the new preview and use the old version. Doesn't make much sense."

    This issue has been verified. The user's husband can't see Labs when in the new preview but can see Labs when the preview is turned off. You may contact @Sam Sulser if more information is needed.

    For me, the Labs box is just below the screenshot you included.

    @Miriam Spencer Pethel Can you tell us your husbands level of experience with FamilySearch and how many names are in his tree? I believe the size of the tree has some impact on what the patron can see.
