Help Needed Accessing & Deciphering Newspaper Article

Hi everyone,
I found a reference to a newspaper article about the marriage of Jack Ildo Ramsdell and Ruth Ann Cole, which also mentions a Donald Rex Cole. Unfortunately, I can’t access the article because I don’t have an account for the site where it’s hosted. If anyone has access and can help decipher the article, I’d really appreciate it.
