Birth Record No. 157, Sadowne Parish, of Michal Adam, born in Zajezierze on 26th September 1833, christened on 29th September 1833, son of Henryk Adam, a settler in Zajezierze, 30 years old, and of his wife, Katarzyna, born Wol, 33 years old. Witnesses: Jan Wielgat, an innkeeper, from Sadowne, 30 years old, and Jakob Heyman, a settler from Płatkownica, 25 years old. Godparents: Jan Wielgat and Anna Martynska.

Death Record No. 131, Sadowne Parish, of Krystof Adam who died in Sojkowo (currently Sojkówek?) on 29th November 1836, death reported on 1st December 1836, he lived 78 years, son of parents unknown to those reporting his death. At death he left widowed wife, Gertruda. Death reported by Mateusz Klamer, a settler, brother-in-law of the deceased, from Płatkownica, 53 years old, and Jan Kreczmen, a settler from Sojkowo, 53 years old.

Witnesses: Fryderyk Nademski (?), 30 years old, and Jakub Palnor, 40 years old, both settlers from Płatkownica. Godparents: the above-mentioned Fryderyk Nademski (?) and Marianna Arent.
