Can anyone help with finding a birth/marriage/death/divorce/army/ record (anything) for
DONOGAN LAUNCELOT McCIMARRON ?

All we know about McCimarron is not very much, as we know this was a made up name. We found this early record..

DOB: 13 Feb 1922 - Natal, South Africa (????)

DOD: 10 Sep 1990 - Swakopmund, Namibia (Fact)

According to DNA matches from Bio children, there is an indication/inclination and close matches (second cousin) that somehow the name FERREIRA is of interest... Any suggestions are very welcome! thanks in advance.

I can't tell if the bride is the same Regina as in the marriage you listed or not. I think she might be, as she is the same age...but what makes it interesting if she is the same woman, is that one of the witnesses to the marriage is Mrs. D. McCimarron. Do you know who that might be?

Anne, Thank you so much for this. This is the same lady that married McCimarron in 1948. The witness Mrs D McCimarron must be His new wife/ladyfriend who just adopted his surname if they didn't get married. So I have tried finding another marriage for him between 1948 and 1955, but drew a blank. Also there should be another marriage between McCimarron and Sheila Klitzke (from Cape Town) with whom they had a couple of daughters, who were born in Namibia. I have tried looking under the catalogue, but also drew a blank. The children he had with this lady would have been born between 1955 and 1960.

Would you be able to point me in the right direction?
