Birth Record No. 42, Targowisko Parish, of Stanisław Onuszkiewicz, born in Tarnawka on 30th March 1868, christened on 6th April 1868, son of Józef Onyszkiewicz, a shoemaker, resident of Tarnawka, 26 years old, and of his wife, Zofia Iżycka (or Irzycka, the same pronunciation), 23 years old. Witnesses: Seweryn Bychawski, 48 years old, and Maciej Mirzwa, 58 years old, both partial owners of village Tarnawka. Godparents: Stanislaw Fiut, a carpenter, and Ewa Łobodzińska.
