    Birth Record No. 163, Skierniewice, of Michał Miniewicz, born in Skierniewice on the 22nd April 1892, christened on the 30th April 1892, son of Władysław Miniewicz, who used to be an official, living in Skierniewice, 36 years old, and of his wife, Katarzyna, born Niedźwiecka, 30 years old. Witnesses: Stanisław Jankowski, a teacher in Skierniewice town, (no age given), and Jakob Lubarda, a church servant, both from Skierniewice. Godparents: Stanisław Jankowski and Stefania Malinowska. Signatures of Wladyslaw Miniewicz, the father, Stanisław Jankowski, and K. N. Skritkowski.
