Need help reading script of place name for 1st witness, Hans Olsøn, is it Kipper or something else?

Pg. 7, Chronological list for 1786, 15 January, christened Berith Pedersdotters illegitimate daughter: Elen. born 3 January. Witnesses: Hans Olsøn (Kipper) and bachelor Jens Jensen Kaalban, Eric Amundsen Strud's wife Mari Larsdatter, Sylvester Larsens wife Marit Olsdatter and unmarried woman Ingebor Bartelsdatter, all from Waagen. Bachelor Ole Hansen who requested the child's christening indicated he was the child's father (som begjæred barnets dåp angav sig selv som barnets far).

Hans Olsøn could likely be the paternal grandfather of Elen, so his residence is crucial in extending the family line.
