How to request data (document pictures) from a place that does not have them yet?

Hi,

A friend would be very interested in documents from

• Machetá, Cundinamarca, Colombia
• Suesca, Cundinamarca, Colombia
• Aquitania, Boyacá, Colombia

Is there a formal process to request to have them uploaded to the website? (if your team took pictures of the original documents, of course. If not, please let us know).
