My husband was born and raised as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ. When I first started my tree many years ago, his baptism and comfirmation was there, however, when I look now, it says:

"This person's ordinance status is not available. Please contact FamilySearch Support if you are a relative and need more information."

I don't know where his records went or why? Can anyone please help me get them restored.

I am also pretty sure his PID number has changed from what it was originally. If anyone can help, I would be most grateful. His current PID number is LJRQ-7B4 Terry Ross Duncan.

Thank you, (name removed) Duncan
