Translation help requested for baptismal record

Greetings all, I'm new to this group and I'm new to Czechia records, but I'm eager to learn. I recently connected with my 2nd Great Grandfather's tree that has some information on him, and his siblings, but source information is limited.

Within my research, I did find a link to a Czechia record set at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-89S1-8J2M?lang=en&i=125Error which I believe includes a baptism record for my 2nd Great Grandfather, Joseph Belina (FS ID L1GB-VG1).   This record is located about the middle of this image, with house number 123 reflected in the record.

This record has not been indexed, so I’m now hoping to obtain a translation for the father and mother information in this record along with any other information you think would be important to me.  Can anyone help me with this?

Since the record’s writing is a bit smeared and difficult to read, it may be helpful to look at some other records for this family, (based on house number) which I believe can be found in images 97, 110, 114, 136, 183, 200 or 222.  I’m assuming the family information would be the same of all of these records, so please correct me if I’m wrong.

Thank you for your consideration and help!

Father: Joseph Belina / Bělina, hausler (housekeeper)
Mother: Rosalia, daughter of Joseph Ripka, bauer (farmer) from Dlouhá Třebová (Lange Trübau / Langentriebe)

Indeed, records 114, 136, 183, 200 belong to the same family. The rest not.

Ripka/Rypka/Ribka/Rybka is a very common surname in that area. I also have some roots there :-)
