Wawrzyniec, Kmiec b.1873
Can anyone help me find out more about Wawrzyniec Kmiec. Born abt 1873, died 1963 in Babiak. He was married to Elonora (what's her maiden name?) she died in 1989 in Babiak.
Their son, Wladaslaw Kmiec b. 1928 in Babiak, died 1994 Babiak, married to Krystyna Skalska, died 2011.

Currently there are 7 Babiak communities on map of Poland. There are many people with surname Kmiec. Which Babiak community is the one where your ancestors were from? We cannot trace the birth record of Wladyslaw Kmiec born in Babiak year 1928, due to privacy restriction of 100 years for births. It is difficult, as there are not many records from Babiak, Kolo, Poznan, which are indexed. I was not able to locate the birth record of Wawrzyniec (Laurentius) Kmiec in 1873 year, in Babiak, or his marriage in Poznan Project. Babiak records have not been indexed in basia.famula.pl
