St Boniface - Wedding Certificates?

Good morning, I need to find the wedding certificate of Oscar DeBaeremaeker (born in 1887 in Elseghem, Belgium) and Madeleine Doolaege (could be called Antoinette Rosalie or Antonia Maria Irena or Antoinette…) in St Boniface, Manitoba, Canada on the 24th of november 1915 (date found on other trees).
They both came from Belgium to Canada (they didn't emigrate together) around 1912.

I don't know how to find this certificate. If someone could help me I would appreciate.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻Best regards.
