Record needed from FSL Polish microfilm

I have a patron at our FamilySearch Center that needs a record pulled from a Polish record collection that is still only available on Microfilm. The Image Group Number is 8121487. Is anyone in Salt Lake City available to pull the record for him? He can provide the name and the event date for the person he is researching.

    These records are restricted by the archives which allowed us to scan them. Some of those records are available in genealogiawarchiwach.pl others are available for a fee from Gniezno archdiocese archives.
