1902, 16 may 10 o' clock etc, before us—-at civil desk at 'Brugge' province West Flanders, did appear.
Franz Christleven occupation 'foorkramer' age 39 born at Aken (Germany) 8 of december 1862 living in Antwerp but residing in Brugge(Bruges)widower of Anna Margaretha Göbbels,died at Brugge the 17th of may 1900. (he) , legal son of age of Johann joseph Christleven occupation blacksmith, age 72, and of Catharina Hahn,houswife, aged 70 both residing at Aken (Germany) and for the other side- Nelly lootens, 'foorkraamster' aged 16 and born in Ghent the second of december 1885 residing there and living in Brugge, minor daughter of Augustinus Lootens and of Theresia Coletta Declerq housewife,aged 78 residing in Ghent,present here and giving permission for the marriage, and furthermore declares that in the presence of 4 witnesses whom agree, that the adress of her father and his whereabouts are unknown to her , and she has not heard of him for 6 months.(so no approval of the father)
