My husband's ancestor, Jørgen Jensen # DYMP-DP2 has an interesting burial record which I can't translate. He died on 23 March 1824 (Sejerø, Holbæk, Denmark) but the burial date is 3 June 1824 - there is a note with the burial date - that is what I can't translate. also, do the notes in the column on the far right give a clue about his death?

Here is a link to the record on arkivalieronline (item 28 on the page):

(Written by Julie V Wilcox - published in her book: My Danish Roots)

Their youngest child, Jens, was only three years old when the father, Jørgen, drowned at Mulen in Sejerø Bay on 23 May 1824 at the age of 46 years. He was buried beside his daughters at the Sejerø church yard on 3 June 1824. Dorthea was 13, almost ready for her confirmation in the Lutheran Church. Karen never re-married.

!! Not buried at Seierø !!
