Upload error and suggestions
This post was originally posted by @R. Steven Turley here and addresses several issues. I have begun a new discussion to better track it.

@R. Steven Turley I will add your comments/suggestions to the list for the engineering team.
- Your first comment is correct. The GEDCOM is uploaded and then the process to convert the data to a CET runs in the background, so all data might not be immediately available.
- Please attach a screenshot of the "Collaborations" and "Notes" boxes.
- The "contributor" is a known issue that has been reported to the engineering team.
- Correct, the person invited to your CET must be logged into FamilySearch before the link will work. Please include this information in the email that you send in your invitation along with the link.
- I will ask the engineering team about the issue of the link only working for one user. I have not encountered this issue previously.
- An upcoming feature "Tree2Tree" will allow you to copy information from any tree to any other tree and will be very helpful in reconciling information.
- It is not a good thing that the person count in your GEDCOM did NOT match the person count in your CET. The engineering team will have to access your GEDCOM file and investigate further. Please respond to this comment with the name of your GEDCOM file and the name of your CET created from that file.
Again, thank you for your valuable feedback and comments. Please post any comments relating to these issues in this discussion. If other issues arise, please create a new discussion.

@R. Steven Turley The new tree hint feature that will be in production in coming months will allow referencing tree persons to each other.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re committed to resolving as many issues as possible, but unfortunately, the report did not include enough information for us to investigate further. Since no additional details were provided, we’re closing this discussion for now. If you or others encounter this issue again, please start a new discussion and include relevant information such as your operating system, browser, URLs, and screenshots if available.
We appreciate your support and engagement. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any future questions or concerns.
Thank you for using CET.
